When you make a booking enquiry, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your Instagram handle, if you give us one
• Your event date, time, location and guest numbers
• Any allergies or dietary requirements you tell us about
• The menu items and services you're interested in
• Any other details you add in your enquiry message

Why We Collect It

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, plan and cater your event safely (including managing allergens), and to contact you about your booking. Where you've agreed to our booking terms, this is processing necessary to perform that contract; in all other cases, it's our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data. It's only shared with:

• Our email provider, to send booking confirmations and updates
• Our hosting and database provider, to store and process your booking securely
• Our social media team, who may follow the account(s) you give us to help share and celebrate the events we cater. If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know and we'll steer clear.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accept them via the cookie banner shown on this site. Declining means no analytics cookies are set. We don't use cookies for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking details for as long as necessary to fulfil your booking, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
